It is the policy of Essenmotion to ensure that quality, safety, health and environmental requirements are well planned and executed within the organization and form an integral part of the total quality program.
As the scale and complexity of projects increase, so does the importance of maintaining the highest degree of Quality in our works. Essenmotion has a series of rigorous quality procedures that we implement on all our projects. For specific regulatory regimes, we may apply additional quality verification systems to ensure compliance.
Health and Safety are core values and absolute commitments for Essenmotion. During all project phases, from design through construction and operations, safety is at the heart of all our activities.
Essenmotion is totally committed to the concept of building safety into the design and construction of advanced systems. The primary objective of any project is to produce a design in which all hazards have been identified, assessed, quantified and then mitigated and eliminated as far as possible. To facilitate this objective, a number of documented safety systems are in place and followed up across each project phase to demonstrate acceptable Health and Safety performance and delivery.
All engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation activities will be governed by a Project Quality Plan complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and any specific standards for particular parts of the works. A QMS Manual comprises a full set of statements, general instructions and procedures applicable to any work or service performed by Essenmotion. This Manual is complemented by specific detailed procedures complying with client's technical and contractual requirements.
Our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System has been certified by Bureau Veritas.
